Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Ashmita Roka, Esq., sworn to July 13, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of M.B. sworn to July 18, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that Brylin Hospital's brief is filed and served on or before August 30, 2018, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and
