Respondents having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from a decree and order of the Monroe County Surrogate's Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on December 2, 2016, and appellant having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of John A. Annechino, Esq., dated July 5, 2018, the affirmation of Paul B. Watkins, Esq., dated July 9, 2018, the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmations of Christine F. Redfield, Esq., dated July 2, 2018, and July 10, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that respondents' motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a respondents' brief is granted on the condition that the brief is filed and served on or before August 20, 2018, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and
It is further ORDERED that appellant's motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief is granted, the reply brief shall be filed and served on or before September 4, 2018.
