| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on appeals from six orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 23, 2017, June 30, 2017, September 13, 2017, September 14, 2017, October 16, 2017, and November 9, 2017, respectively, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated November 30, 2017, to dismiss the appeals from the orders as untimely taken. Application by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeals from the orders are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5513[a]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order and judgment is granted, the time to perfect that appeal is enlarged until September 7, 2018, and the application is otherwise denied as academic.
