Motion by Nisha Sahai Achuthan, inter alia, to enlarge the time to serve and file an answering brief in connection with an appeal and a cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered October 21, 2016, and a respondent's brief in connection with an appeal from an order of the same court dated March 16, 2018, and, in effect, for leave to file one brief with respect to the appeals and cross appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file an answering brief in connection with the appeal and cross appeal from the judgment is granted, and the time to serve and file an answering brief is enlarged until September 6, 2018; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a respondent's brief in connection with the appeal from order dated March 16, 2018, is granted, and the time to serve and file the respondent's brief is enlarged until September 6, 2018; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, for leave to file one brief with respect to the appeals and cross appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
