Separate motions by the petitioner to compel compliance with a decision and judgment of this Court dated May 9, 2018, which determined a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Director of the Special Housing/Inmate Disciplinary Program, on behalf of the respondent, Anthony J. Annucci, Acting Commissioner of the Department of Corrections and Community Supervision, dated June 15, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
