Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 17, 2016 and May 5, 2017, respectively, and an amended judgment of the same court dated May 9, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 7, 2018, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
