Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated June 26, 2017, for leave to reargue the appellant's prior motion for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel, which was determinated by decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 13, 2017.
