Motion by the respondent-appellant on an appeal and a cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, entered March 2, 2016, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated May 9, 2018, for leave to reargue stated portions of the cross appeal. Cross motion by the appellant-respondent for leave to reargue stated portions of the appeal.
