Defendant-appellant having moved for consolidation of the appeal taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about November 4, 2016 and from an order entered on or about May 4, 2018, and for an enlargement of time to perfect same, And leave having been granted to appeal from the May 4, 2018 order (see M-2783, decided simultaneously herewith), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion to consolidate is granted, and appellant is permitted to prosecute the consolidated appeals upon 9 copies of one record and one set of points covering the appellant's consolidated appeals.
