Appeals having been taken to this Court by plaintiff-appellant, from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about November 29, 2017 and June 29, 2018, and from so-ordered transcripts of oral arguments dated on or about March 14, 2018 and June 28, 2018, And plaintiff-appellant having perfected all of the foregoing appeals under one record and brief for the September 2018 Term, under calendar numbers 2362/18, 2364/18, 2365/18 and 2366/18, And defendant-respondent having moved to dismiss the aforsaid appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that said motion to dismiss is denied, without prejudice to defendant-respondent to raise, in its respondent's brief, the issues of whether arguments are raised for the first time on appeal or whether the orders and proceedings appealed

from are appealable as of right; and the four appeals under calendar numbers 2362/18, 2364/18, 2365/18 and 2366/18, are sua sponte, consolidated.
