ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that Deborah Mehm is directed to produce and file stenographic transcripts of the minutes of the July 28, 2016, September 8, 2016, November 29, 2016, January 3, 2017, January 6, 2017 and March 3, 2017 court appearances or a written statement that no minutes were taken by her on such dates on or before September 10, 2018, and it is further

ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to November 9, 2018.
