It is Ordered that the motion and cross-motion are consolidated for disposition.
It is further Ordered that petitioner-respondent's cross-motion the dismissal of the instant appeal and vacating the imposed stay is denied.
It is further Ordered that respondent-appellant's motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted. Respondent-appellant shall perfect her appeal by no later than the December 2018 term the filing deadline for which is October 9, 2018. No further enlargements of time will be entertained without good cause. In the event of respondent-appellant's failure to comply with this Court's order, petitioner-respondent may move on five days notice for an order dismissing the appeal and vacating the stay.
