Motion by the petitioners for leave to serve and file a reply brief in response to the brief filed by the respondents New York State Department of Health, Howard A. Zucker, Samuel D. Roberts, and Richard L. Levechuck in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 20, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before September 12, 2018, the petitioners shall serve and file a reply brief that responds to the brief filed by the respondents New York State Department of Health, Howard A. Zucker, Samuel D. Roberts, and Richard L. Levechuck.
