Motion by Stephen Rabinowitz to substitute Joy Denton, co-executor of the estate of Milton R., for the deceased, Milton R., on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, one entered June 13, 2017, and one dated July 24, 2017, and four judgments of the same court one dated July 20, 2017, two entered October 10, 2017, and one entered October 11, 2017, to consolidate the appeals, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to substitute Joy Denton, co-executor of the estate of the Milton R., for the deceased, Milton R., is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 670.7[c][1]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, and the time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until October 1, 2018.
