Motion by the respondents to dismiss an appeal from an amended judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 2, 2018, on the ground that the appellants withdrew their appeal from a judgment of the same court in the above-entitled action and that the amended judgment does not materially change the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
