Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both entered March 17, 2017, and a judgment of the same court entered February 28, 2018, to stay enforcement of the judgment pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the judgment is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals on condition that the appeal from the judgment is perfected on or before September 12, 2018; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before September 12, 2018, the Court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, without further notice, or the respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals from the orders will be calendared together with the appeal from the judgment and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
