DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent pro se for leave to defend an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 6, 2018, as a poor person, for the assignment of counsel, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
