Motion by the respondents to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 23, 2018, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order denying reargument.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeal from so much of the order as denied that branch of the appellant's underlying motion which was for reargument is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, and the motion is otherwise denied.
