Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered October 14, 2015, which was dismissed by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 19, 2017, for failure to timely perfect, to "stay decision of CPLR 3211(a)4 until [receipt of] the proofs of this case."
