DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Bryan M. Killian, an attorney in good standing in the District of Columbia, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the petitioner in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 12, 2018.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
