Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated July 11, 2017. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 22, 2018, pursuant to § 670.4(a) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a]), the appellant was directed to file an affidavit or affirmation containing certain material, on or before July 13, 2018. The appellant has failed to file the affidavit or affirmation.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 22, 2018, issued pursuant to § 670.4(a) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a]).
