Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action and the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 7, 2017, and January 3, 2018, respectively, and a judgment of the same court also January 3, 2018, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated April 7, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated April 7, 2017, is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect that appeal is enlarged until October 9, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
