Liotti, LLC, inter alia, for leave to withdraw as counsel for the respondent-appellant on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 8, 2017, and an appeal from an order of the same court entered November 30, 2017.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in relation or opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed without prejudice to moving for the relief sought upon proper papers, including proof of service of all of the motion papers upon counsel for the appellant-respondent and upon the respondent-appellant.
