DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated May 22, 2018, and to reinstate a temporary order of visitation of the same court dated October 27, 2017, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order dated May 22, 2018.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appellant shall have visitation with the subject children in accordance with the terms of the temporary order of visitation of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated October 27, 2017, and the parties shall comply with the provisions of the temporary order of visitation dated October 27, 2017, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated May 22, 2018, and the motion is otherwise denied.
