Renewed motion by the appellant, inter alia, to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 15, 2017, as dismissed an appeal from an order of the Court of Claims, dated November 20, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant is precluded from making further motions regarding the appeal without prior leave of this Court.
