Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, two entered April 15, 2016, and June 3, 2016, respectively, and one dated September 13, 2016.

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect the same in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[e]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeal from the order entered April 15, 2016, which was previously held in abeyance by decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 23, 2016, is denied as academic.
