ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 14, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated May 22, 2018, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the word "appellant" and substituting therefor the word "respondent."
