Motion by the respondents Ralph A. Clement and Stacy Jallai to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 2, 2018, insofar as taken against them on the ground that it was untimely taken.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed insofar as taken against Ralph A. Clement and Stacy Jallai, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5513[a]).
