Motion by Christopher Hicks pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to move for leave to appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 2, 2018, issued pursuant to CPL 440.10 and 440.20.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the defendant's time to move for leave to appeal from the order dated April 2, 2018, is extended until September 14, 2018.
