Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and to proceed on the original file of the Workers' Compensation Board is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal supported by a showing that a timely notice of appeal from the decision has been filed with the secretary of the Workers' Compensation Board, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for assignment of counsel is denied, without costs.
