DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

2018-1512 N CR
The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Nehemiah Rolle, Jr., Appellant.

Appeal from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, entered March 30, 2018.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, as the order is not appealable as of right or by permission (see CPL 450.10; 450.15; People v Santos, 64 NY2d 702, 704 [1984]; People v Herrara, 171 AD2d 85, 87 [1991]).

Appellant's reliance on CPL 450.20 as authority for the taking of the appeal is misplaced, as that section governs appeals by the People.
