Motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to serve and file papers in reply to respondent's opposition to appellant's pending motion for, among other things, leave to reargue an appeal from a decision of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated March 25, 2015, which appeal was determined by a decision and order of this court dated February 23, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic, as appellant's reargument motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated June 5, 2018.
