Motion by the appellant, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 7, 2018, as dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 18, 2015, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered upon the default of the appealing party, and dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the same court dated July 31, 2015, for failure to file the transcript of the proceedings , or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
