DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to unseal a certain search warrant affidavit on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered June 30, 2017.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renew upon proper papers, including an affirmation from counsel indicating whether the search warrant affidavit was previously disclosed to trial counsel.
