Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered August 12, 2015, in effect, for leave to reargue the respondent's motion to limit the appellant's access to the transcripts of the proceedings in the above-entitled action, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 2, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
