| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated entered March 4, 2016, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated May 16, 2018, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Motion by Leah Ward Sears, an attorney in good standing in the State of Georgia, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the respondent in connection with the motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion for leave to reargue the appeal or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to be admitted pro hac vice and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to be admitted pro hac vice is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for leave to reargue the appeal or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals, is denied.
