| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay the appellant's eviction from the subject premises and all proceedings in an action entitled MTGLQ Investors, L.P. v White, commenced in the District Court, First District, County of Nassau, under Index No. LT-003169-18, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 25, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appellant's eviction from the subject premises, located at 151 Pennsylvania Avenue, Roosevelt, New York, and all proceedings in the action entitled MTGLQ Investors, L.P. v White, commenced in the District Court, First District, County of Nassau, under Index No. LT-003169-18, are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
