| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from six orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, all dated June 13, 2017, to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal. Separate motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute the appeals pro se. Cross motion by the respondents Sally Hansen, Inc., and Coty US, LLC, to strike the record and the appellant's brief for failure to certify the record and on the ground that CPLR 321(a) precludes the appellant from representing herself on the appeals. Separate applications by the respondents Sally Hansen, Inc., and Coty US, LLC, and the respondent CCA Industries, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, cross motion, and applications, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for leave to prosecute the appeals pro se is denied as unnecessary; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the applications are granted, the applicants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until September 20, 2018, and the briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date.
