Defendant having moved pursuant to CPL 460.10(6) to extend the time to serve a notice of appeal from the judgment of the Onondaga County Court, rendered August 29, 2017,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Jamel Raghnal sworn to July 23, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that Jamel Raghnal is hereby directed to serve the pro se notice of appeal dated August 29, 2017 for Indictment 2017-0059-1 in accordance with CPL 460.10 on or before September 12, 2018, and
It is further ORDERED that said notice of appeal is deemed timely on the condition that Jamel Raghnal serves the notice of appeal upon the Onondaga County District Attorney's Office on or before September 12, 2018.
