Appellants having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on September 20, 2017, and November 27, 2017,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Joseph DeMarie, Esq., dated August 2, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Patrick M. McNeils, Esq., sworn to August 13, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect appeal No. 1 is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 21, 2018, is hereby amended by deleting the date August 30, 2018, and inserting in its place the date October 29, 2018, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect appeal No. 2 is granted, and appellants shall perfect the appeal on or before October 29, 2018, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
