Appellant having moved to expedite the appeals taken herein from orders of Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on January 29, 2018, and March 6, 2018, and respondent New York State Office of Mental Health having cross-moved and respondent Erie County Medical Center Corporation having moved for extensions of time to file their respondents' briefs,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit and the statement of M.B. dated July 7, 2018, and dated July 20, 2018, the affirmation of Allyson B. Levine, Esq., dated July 18, 2018, the affirmations of Katherine V. Markel, Esq., dated July 19, 2018, and the notices of motion and cross motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that appellant's motion insofar as it seeks to expedite the appeals is denied, and

It is further ORDERED that moving respondents' cross motion and motion insofar as they seek extensions of time file and serve respondents' briefs are granted on condition that respondents New York State Office of Mental Health and Erie County Medical Center Corporation's briefs are filed and served on or before September 21, 2018, and the Clerk is directed to accept the briefs for filing, and

It is further ORDERED that reply briefs to respondents New York State Office of Mental Health and Erie County Medical Center Corporation's briefs, if any, shall be filed and served on or before October 9, 2018.
