It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks consolidation relief is granted and the appeals from the judgments rendered January 16, 2014 and February 11, 2015 [KA 15-00845 and KA 17-00460], and the order of Ontario County Court dated July 7, 2017, are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as seeking an extension of time to perfect is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered November 28, 2017 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date March 28, 2018 and inserting in place thereof the date December 20, 2018.
