Respondent-appellant having applied for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Wyoming County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on April 4, 2018,

Now, upon reading and filing the certification of Adam W. Koch, Esq., dated June 25, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the appeal insofar as it is taken from the order of fact-finding entered April 4, 2018 (Appellate Division Docket No. CAF 18-01205), is dismissed on the ground that it is not an order of disposition appealable as of right (see Family Court Act § 1112 [a]), and the application is dismissed with respect to that appeal, and

It is further ORDERED that the application is granted with respect to the appeal insofar as it is taken from the Order of Protection entered April 4, 2018 (Appellate Division Docket No. CAF 18-01206), and

It is further ORDERED that Norman P. Effman, Esq., Wyoming County Public Defender, 18 Linwood Avenue, Warsaw, New York 14569, is hereby assigned as counsel to conduct the appeal, and

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Wyoming County, is hereby directed to provide Norman P. Effman, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeal is based.
