order of assignment, entered on January 18, 2011 (M-5982), to include a judgment of resentence, entered on or about April 1, 2016, Now, upon reading and filing the stipulation between the parties, dated April 24, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid stipulation.
