Weinstein, Esq., as counsel to prosecute the appeal; and defendant-appellant, pro se, having moved to relieve such counsel, and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is denied without prejudice to a motion by defendant for leave to file a pro se supplemental brief after assigned counsel has perfected the appeal.
