Baldacci, Esq., Clinical Professor Emeritus at Cardozo Law School, having moved for leave to file a brief, and to appear amicus curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and Professor Baldacci, Esq. is granted leave to file 8 copies of his brief amicus curiae, in the form annexed to his moving papers, with the Clerk of this Court forthwith.
