ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 21, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated June 27, 2018, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "March 6, 2018" and substituting therefor the date "June 27, 2018."
