Application to be relieved as attorney for the child.
Upon the papers filed in support of the
application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that Marqyt Beth Small, Esq., is relieved of
appointment as attorney for the child and Mary Militano, Esq., 7 Cornell Blvd., Scotia, NY 12302, is appointed in her place and stead pursuant
to Family Court Act § 1120 (b); and it is further
ORDERED that the child be made available to the attorney for the child as she
may direct.
