| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 1, 2017, and two orders of the same court dated November 1, 2017, and May 7, 2018, respectively, and to enjoin the respondent, or anyone acting on its behalf, including the referee, from selling the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from the judgment and the orders, to consolidate the appeals, and to deem the notice of appeal from the judgment to be a notice of appeal from an amended judgment of the same court dated December 4, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as the appeals are consolidated; it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to deem the notice of appeal from the judgment to be a notice of appeal from the amended judgment of the same court entered December 4, 2017, is granted, and on or before September 20, 2018, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the amended judgment dated December 4, 2017; it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
