Motion by the petitioner-appellant, inter alia, to remand the subject child to its care and custody, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 9, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the subject child is remanded to the care and custody of the petitioner-appellant, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and the motion is otherwise denied.
